On Nightmares and Their Healing Wisdom
Nightmares exist for a purpose: to help you acknowledge and explore your internal fear-based narrative so that you can be empowered to change it. Our nightmares are often dismissed as an unfortunate experience and from a young age many people are told to just shake them off or get over them but in reality, the downplaying of our nightmare’s significance is what is truly unfortunate. In this post we’ll explore the ins and outs of nightmares, their purpose, and how to understand and apply their healing wisdom.

I’m Finally Meditating My Own Way
In this post we're going to talk about many of the "shoulds" or "right way" narratives out there when it comes to meditation, how they've negatively impacted my experiences, and what I finally found that works for me. (And hopefully some ideas for you)!

Traveling Beyond Time and Space (and the Nature of Reality)
Each individual on the face of the planet lives in their own reality, including you. This reality is shaped by the timeline and unique combination of your life's experiences, how you feel about those experiences, what you've learned, and who you have allowed to influence you, all meshed together with your spirit's unique soul signature.
Boiled down, reality is really just a perspective.

Dream Dictionaries: How to Use and Choose One
Dream dictionaries are best used when you get stuck in your self-interpretation process. They can present us with a series of suggestions to spark creative thinking and get the interpretation juices flowing again but I always suggest beginning with self-interpretation and exploration as it’s much more accurate and takes the totality of your experiences into account.

How to Interpret Your Own Dreams

The People in Your Dreams
Some of the most common pieces of imagery you might find in dreams are both the people we know and love and complete strangers. As a social species, this makes total sense!
In this post we’ll discuss how to identify the meaning and purpose of particular individuals in your unique dream space from both a psychological and spiritual perspective.

Timelines: Shifting, Collapsing, and Converging
I believe that a timeline represents one possibility for a life experience.
There are two ways of observing timelines: a personal timeline and a societal timeline. A personal timeline is a possibility completely specific to you while a societal timeline is a possibility that large groups of people live within.

Dream Recall: How to Remember Your Dreams
Successful dream recall doesn’t always happen overnight. In fact, it typically takes about 1-4 weeks of consistent, daily effort to begin regularly recalling your dreams. This is because your brain needs time to physically form your dream recall pathway.

Your Personal Evolution Through Dreamwork
The act of dreaming is currently believed to be the brain distilling and integrating everyday information and experiences into your life-story. Typically, new experiences and information from the day prior will appear in your dreams. However, it can sometimes take up to 3 days for these experiences to appear in the dreamscape. This is called the dream lag effect.

Get Started with Dreamwork by Exploring Sleep Science
The first ingredient of dreamwork and dream observation is sleep.
Sleep is an essential part of life and is the second most essential thing to the human body after water. The longest that someone has lived without sleep was 264 hours which is about 11 days; you can survive more than a month without food.
